Learning and Living Skills
Learn practical cooking skills, nutrition basics, and enjoy preparing nutritious meals together with other participants. Our cooking classes focus on healthy, accessible recipes that participants can recreate at home. We cover meal planning, food safety, kitchen confidence, and adaptive cooking techniques for different abilities. Each session includes hands-on cooking, sharing meals together, and learning about nutrition in a fun, supportive environment.

Adaptive Arts & Crafts
Express creativity through painting, crafting, and hands-on artistic projects adapted for all abilities. Our arts program encourages self-expression while developing fine motor skills and cognitive abilities. We work with various mediums including watercolors, acrylics, clay, textiles, and mixed media. Projects are designed to be accessible and can be adapted for different skill levels and physical abilities, ensuring everyone can participate and create something meaningful.

Music & Movement Therapy
Enjoy music therapy, singing, dancing, and rhythmic activities in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Our music program combines the therapeutic benefits of music with social interaction and physical movement. Sessions include singing, playing instruments, rhythm exercises, and gentle movement activities. Music therapy can help improve mood, memory, communication skills, and provide emotional expression in a joyful, inclusive setting.

Chair-Based Fitness
Adaptive fitness programs, gentle exercise, and wellness activities designed for older adults and people with disabilities. Our fitness classes are fully inclusive, with all exercises adaptable for different mobility levels. We focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health through seated and standing exercises. Each session includes warm-up, strength training, stretching, and relaxation, with modifications available for wheelchairs and other mobility aids.

Life Skills Workshop
Practical skills for daily living, budgeting, communication, and building independence in everyday tasks. These workshops cover essential life skills including personal finance and budgeting, communication and social skills, time management, problem-solving, and daily living activities. We use interactive learning methods, real-world scenarios, and peer support to help participants build confidence and independence in their daily lives.

Community Garden Therapy
Therapeutic gardening activities, plant care, and outdoor wellness programs for physical and mental wellbeing. Our garden therapy program combines the therapeutic benefits of nature with practical horticultural skills. Participants learn about plant care, seasonal gardening, sustainable practices, and enjoy the mental health benefits of outdoor activities. The program includes raised garden beds for accessibility, herb gardens, vegetable growing, and connecting with the natural environment.
